When will I receive my money after making a withdrawal?

Withdrawal times are dependent upon your payment type and the account status.

The first step is approval by the Payments team. For customers that have completed their KYC verification¹ and are withdrawing small or moderate amounts, the approval on our end is usually instantaneous. For those that have not verified their account or make a larger-than-average withdrawal request, some delay may be necessary as the Payments team fulfils its regulatory obligations. Should there be some delay processing a withdrawal on our end, we appreciate your patience and rest assured we constantly strive to process all withdrawals in the quickest possible manner.

Once the payment is approved by the Caxino payments team, the withdrawal is subject to transfer times for your specific payment method. Withdrawals usually process within 24 hours, but may take up to 1 - 3 business days within Europe, and up to 5 days for our non-European customers. Bank transfer delays may occur due to bank routing, public holidays, and time zones.

Withdrawals to credit cards will post to your account in 1 - 3 business days. For e-wallets, the withdrawal is usually in your account in a matter of seconds.
