How do I reset my password?

If you forget your password, click “Forgot your Password?" from the login screen. You should enter the phone number you used when you first registered your Caxino account. You will shortly receive a PIN number via SMS which you then enter in the next screen. If the PIN is correct, you will then be able to reset your password.

If you do not receive a PIN code via SMS or the password reset is not working for you, please contact Customer Support for further assistance.
