Permanently closing your Caxino account cannot be done on the Caxino website. Should you wish to permanently close your account, please contact Customer Support via email and state your reasons for wanting a permanent account closure.

Please be aware that under most circumstances an account holder that has permanently closed their account will not be permitted to open another account at Caxino.
